Code, Labor and Employment § 8–607.1","heading":"","body":"The Secretary shall:\n(1) for any calendar year in which Table F is applicable under § 8–612(d)(6) of this subtitle, offer a variety of payment plan options that spread through the end of August the dates when contributions are due on taxable wages for covered employment of the first 6 months of the calendar year; and\n(2) offer a variety of additional payment plan options that:\n(i) mutually serve the interest of the Division and individual employing units; and\n(ii) for plans offered in a calendar year in which Table F is applicable under § 8–612(d)(6) of this subtitle, provide more flexibility for an employing unit than the plans offered under item (1) of this section.","path":["Article - Labor and Employment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gle\u0026section=8-607.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:38Z","sha256":"1da2a5c3a8754097ef412d74354ae752440c6b7dcbf0c9a92a1c0b972951c531","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-8-607","next":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-8-608"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
