Code, Labor and Employment § 9–312","heading":"","body":"(a) As soon as practicable after the end of the fiscal year, the Chairman of the Commission shall submit an annual report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.\n(b) The annual report shall include:\n(1) any suggestions to improve the administration of this title;\n(2) a detailed statement of receipts and disbursements of the Commission; and\n(3) statistical analyses of:\n(i) the costs of workers’ compensation;\n(ii) experiences; and\n(iii) industrial injuries.","path":["Article - Labor and Employment"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gle\u0026section=9-312","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:38Z","sha256":"f6e5f903d2d4e10a512775be5b17a2b43006a766ba778483602b18d0f2466b07","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-9-311","next":"us-md/md.-code-labor-and-employment-9-313"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
