Code, Land Use § 1–304","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to plan implementation and review under § 1–301(1)(ii) of this subtitle.\n(b) In a priority funding area, if § 1–417 of this title or § 3–303 of this article requires an action to be “consistent with” or have “consistency with” a comprehensive plan, the term shall mean an action taken that will further, and not be contrary to, the following items in the plan:\n(1) policies;\n(2) timing of the implementation of the plan;\n(3) timing of development;\n(4) timing of rezoning; and\n(5) development patterns.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=1-304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"407dd5a7477f2885ffc5aed33b53a9153783195fa5742fabf36e41e166e6e89e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-1-303","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-1-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
