Code, Land Use § 15–116","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) The Commission shall publish each year a report describing the work of the Commission for the previous year, in the detail that the Commission considers appropriate.\n(2) The report required under this subsection shall include:\n(i) land acquisitions;\n(ii) financial transactions;\n(iii) personnel matters; and\n(iv) litigation and disposition of violations.\n(b) The Commission may publish pamphlets describing:\n(1) the law administered by the Commission; and\n(2) subdivision, zoning, and other regulations adopted or enacted by the Commission or the district councils.\n(c) The Commission may charge a fee for a publication issued under this section to cover any of the cost of the publication.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=15-116","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"498d0a7274a1e0b960d1d0f83e2a79916e8d0dbfb8c97a3b7ba7d5a5fe3aa80d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-15-115","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-15-117"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
