Code, Land Use § 15–123","heading":"","body":"(a) Within the first 3 months following appointment, a commissioner from Montgomery County shall successfully complete:\n(1) the training required under § 3–213 of the General Provisions Article;\n(2) the Maryland Department of Planning’s Planning Commissioner, Planning Board and Board of Appeals Education Course; and\n(3) appropriate training on:\n(i) Maryland Public Ethics Law; and\n(ii) Maryland–National Capital Park and Planning Commission policies and practices on:\n1. ethics;\n2. drug– and alcohol–free workplace; and\n3. workplace harassment and intimidation.\n(b) Failure of a commissioner to meet the requirements of subsection (a) of this section does not invalidate a decision made by the Commission or establish a private cause of action.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=15-123","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"af9be721b5ac6800a147956f325ad1fa094629200af7e8d7f7c5ec3343d8eaf4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-15-122","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-15-201"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
