Code, Land Use § 16–313","heading":"","body":"An employee or an employee organization or its agents or representatives may not:\n(1) interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce, or discriminate against an employee in the exercise of the employee’s rights under this subtitle;\n(2) cause or attempt to cause the Commission to discriminate against an employee in violation of § 16–312(a)(3) of this subtitle;\n(3) refuse to engage in collective bargaining in good faith with the Commission as required by § 16–307(d)(2) of this subtitle if the employee organization has been certified as the exclusive representative of employees in the bargaining unit in accordance with § 16–305 of this subtitle;\n(4) engage in a strike in violation of § 16–315(a) of this subtitle; or\n(5) fail to comply with any provision of this subtitle.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=16-313","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"f62c62923678cb6f4f7a4200cda22e836523be2ad1064aa4f1ce7bd76d8c0145","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-16-312","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-16-314"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
