Code, Land Use § 20–305","heading":"","body":"(a) After appropriate public hearings, the Commission shall adopt uniform standards of review to be followed in reviewing changes to property subject to review.\n(b) (1) The Commission shall publish a notice of the adoption of the standards of review in a newspaper of general circulation that is published in each county.\n(2) The notice shall:\n(i) include a summary of the purpose of the standards and the review process; and\n(ii) identify a location and a phone number to contact for a complete copy of the standards of review.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=20-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"28402a932e2f3435379d47fbb1d86aac4f505b9aaa0da530d6b5d97d591df261","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-20-304","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-20-308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
