Code, Land Use § 23–107","heading":"","body":"(a) The applicable county planning board shall require a plat of any land reserved for public use under this subtitle that shows:\n(1) the survey location of the land;\n(2) the names and addresses of the landowners; and\n(3) any other information required for:\n(i) filing the plat among the land records of the county in which the land is located; and\n(ii) the proper indexing of the plat.\n(b) The plat shall:\n(1) comply with all requirements for recording of plats among the land records; and\n(2) be recorded by the clerk of the court of the county in which the land is located.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=23-107","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"2c97a459a4309913e082d016d269c510a3a4bce8c50725d0d7b5c3e8f9687b3f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-23-106","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-23-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
