Code, Land Use § 9–2103","heading":"","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this division or of the local laws of the county, an application for zoning classification or reclassification shall contain the following information:\n(1) if the applicant is a corporation, the names and residences of the officers, directors, and all stockholders owning more than 20% of the capital stock of the corporation;\n(2) if the applicant is a general or limited partnership, the names and residences of all partners who own more than 20% of the interest of the partnership;\n(3) if the applicant is an individual, the applicant’s name and residence; or\n(4) if the applicant is a joint venture, unincorporated association, real estate investment trust, or other business trust or statutory trust, the names and residences of all persons holding an interest of more than 20% in the joint venture, unincorporated association, real estate investment trust, or other business trust or statutory trust.","path":["Article - Land Use"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glu\u0026section=9-2103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:47Z","sha256":"d6deda5b48ded09be678208e4a461f9b1993ebe5a469e358628c2848c6562c45","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-9-2102","next":"us-md/md.-code-land-use-10-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
