Code, Local Government § 13–202","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to all counties except Baltimore City.\n(b) The governing body of a county may, by resolution, regulate the\nconstruction or establishment of trailer camps.\n(c) (1) Except as provided in paragraph (2) of this subsection, a person\nwho violates a regulation adopted under this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and\non conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $100.\n(2) In Calvert County, a person who violates a regulation adopted\nunder this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not\nexceeding $500.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=13-202","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"92c96f89f839420a268c8c5f8ebd0c9d8eb382d652bd2c8a249bd355498c67a1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-13-201","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-13-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
