Code, Local Government § 13–915","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies to all counties except:\n(1) Baltimore City;\n(2) Baltimore County; and\n(3) to the extent that an area is under the Washington Suburban\nSanitary Commission, Prince George’s County.\n(b) The provisions of §§ 9–105 and 9–106 of this article apply to an act, an\nordinance, or a resolution adopted by a commission county under this section.\n(c) In accordance with the Maryland Plumbing Act, the governing body of a\ncounty may:\n(1) adopt a plumbing code;\n(2) provide for inspections to enforce the code; and\n(3) impose permit and inspection fees.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=13-915","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"3d509771ae3a51d49dc3aa5666d302411a7a2443d8b48b8f671106917d8e008d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-13-912","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-13-916"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
