Code, Local Government § 16–114","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “common ownership community” means:\n(1) a condominium organized under Title 11 of the Real Property\nArticle;\n(2) a homeowners association organized under Title 11B of the Real\nProperty Article; or\n(3) a cooperative housing corporation organized under Title 5,\nSubtitle 6B of the Corporations and Associations Article.\n(b) By ordinance, Prince George’s County may impose a fee to provide\nadministrative hearing services for the resolution of disputes involving a common\nownership community located in the county.\n(c) Prince George’s County may specify in the ordinance:\n(1) which remedies must be exhausted before administrative hearing\nservices may be utilized; and\n(2) the process involved in the administrative hearing services.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=16-114","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"52766cef3a09ea2d8219a60be13766fa271a39d001affa70a4348ee58b2a228b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-16-113","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-16-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
