Code, Local Government § 22–107","heading":"","body":"(a) For each issue of its bonds, a Resilience Authority shall adopt a\nresolution that:\n(1) specifies and describes the resilience infrastructure;\n(2) generally describes the public purpose to be served and the\nfinancing transaction;\n(3) specifies the maximum principal amount of the bonds that may\nbe issued; and\n(4) imposes terms or conditions on the issuance and sale of bonds it\nconsiders appropriate.\n(b) A Resilience Authority, by resolution, may:\n(1) specify, determine, prescribe, and approve matters, documents,\nand procedures that relate to the authorization, sale, security, issuance, delivery, and\npayment of and for the bonds;\n(2) create security for the bonds;\n(3) provide for the administration of bond issues through trust or\nother agreements with a bank or trust company that cover a countersignature on a\nbond, the delivery of a bond, or the security for a bond; and\n(4) take other action it considers appropriate concerning the bonds.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=22-107","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"1f64bf3e376b7ef9e20fc960e7d53be21a7b32898e75f58de7caad15d0ad796f","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-22-106","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-22-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
