Code, Local Government § 22–113","heading":"","body":"(a) On a date and in a format designated by the incorporating local\ngovernment, a Resilience Authority shall, at least annually, report to the\nincorporating local government on the activities of the Resilience Authority.\n(b) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, on or before the\nJanuary 1 after a Resilience Authority is established by a local government in\naccordance with this title, and on or before January 1 each year thereafter, the\nResilience Authority shall submit a report in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State\nGovernment Article to:\n(i) the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee and the\nSenate Education, Health, and Environmental Affairs Committee; and\n(ii) the House Appropriations Committee and the House\nEnvironment and Transportation Committee.\n(2) The report required under paragraph (1) of this subsection shall\ninclude, at a minimum:\n(i) a copy of the report required under subsection (a) of this\nsection;\n(ii) a description of the resilience infrastructure projects\nfunded by the Resilience Authority; and\n(iii) the sources of revenue for the resilience infrastructure\nprojects undertaken by the Resilience Authority.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=22-113","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"3584684735bcec1326c949948fcdf0ffa3633be9ad14029e43a849f5a0ae4c8d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-22-112","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-24-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
