Code, Local Government § 25–505","heading":"","body":"(a) At the earliest practicable date, the board of viewers shall submit three\ncopies of a written report to the county commissioners, county council, or Mayor and\nCity Council of Baltimore City.\n(b) The report shall state:\n(1) the name of each person entitled to damages and the amount of\nthe damages;\n(2) the name of each person entitled to compensation for a watershed\nproject adopted under § 25–504 of this subtitle and the amount of the compensation;\n(3) the amount determined under § 25–503(a)(1) of this subtitle; and\n(4) the amount for which each benefited tract of land shall be\nassessed as its share of the total cost of the watershed project and its proportion of\nthe whole.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=25-505","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"c2a22708fefa7f36af037f5038375916ac27262abb90cc57bed76900298c2c81","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-25-504","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-25-506"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
