Code, Local Government § 26–309","heading":"","body":"(a) The board of managers may call a special meeting of landowners at any\ntime.\n(b) (1) At least 10 days before the meeting, the board of managers shall:\n(i) post a notice of the meeting at four public places in the\nvicinity of the drainage project; and\n(ii) mail a notice to:\n1. each landowner;\n2. the county commissioners or county council; and\n3. the State Soil Conservation Committee in the\nDepartment of Agriculture.\n(2) The notice shall state the time, place, and purpose of the meeting.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=26-309","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"90c243181623b75a2f57923454ed9bc19d8a3558a3adfe9693d3c0b8ac47af6a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-26-308","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-26-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
