Code, Local Government § 31–103","heading":"","body":"(a) The executive committee consists of:\n(1) the Mayor of Baltimore City, or the Mayor’s designee;\n(2) the Chief Executive Officer of the Baltimore City Public School\nSystem, or the Chief Executive Officer’s designee; and\n(3) any other individuals selected by the Mayor.\n(b) The executive committee shall:\n(1) oversee the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub; and\n(2) appoint and oversee the manager of the Baltimore City Youth\nData Hub.\n(c) (1) The executive committee shall establish an advisory committee of\ncommunity stakeholders, including representatives from nonprofit organizations,\nfaith–based institutions, community resident associations, and members from the\nlarger community.\n(2) The purpose of the advisory committee is to increase awareness\nof and provide feedback on the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=31-103","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"76a621b6f68b535bd92b502a47fb3f4272ddade7e791f328172a0e8e75130a9a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-102","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-104"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
