Code, Local Government § 31–104","heading":"","body":"(a) The manager shall operate the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub.\n(b) The manager shall be a citywide entity that aims to improve outcomes\nfor youth, with a specific focus on youth from historically marginalized communities.\n(c) The manager shall aggregate promptly and properly personally\nidentifiable information received from providers.\n(d) (1) Subject to paragraph (2) of this subsection, the manager may\ncontract with a technology vendor or other professional.\n(2) If the manager contracts with a technology vendor or other\nprofessional to code, create, or assist with the operation of the Baltimore City Youth\nData Hub, the technology vendor or professional is subject to the requirements of this\ntitle related to the manager.\n(e) (1) The manager is not subject to the Public Information Act or the\nOpen Meetings Act.\n(2) The records for which the manager is a custodian are not subject\nto the Public Information Act.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=31-104","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"ddb774f3654838ca241f56f88116b60135e94fa5b47127a9897d88ff063c4dc2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-103","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-105"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
