Code, Local Government § 31–105","heading":"","body":"(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any local governmental\nentity and the Baltimore City Board of School Commissioners may provide personally\nidentifiable information and data for the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub.\n(b) On request of the manager, a provider may submit and update\npersonally identifiable information related to the Baltimore City Youth Data Hub’s\npurpose on a rolling or real–time basis.\n(c) Each provider and its clients, students, or participants, as appropriate,\nshall retain ownership of:\n(1) the data provided by the provider; and\n(2) the de–identified data and any new data element, including\nderivative files generated as a result of the data provided by the provider to the\nBaltimore City Youth Data Hub.","path":["Article - Local Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=glg\u0026section=31-105","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T19:59:58Z","sha256":"0c9da0a68cd84092d054f88c40daf7ac8ec9d4cf23b0491f12fe1e87b8538628","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-104","next":"us-md/md.-code-local-government-31-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
