Code, Natural Resources § 5–305","heading":"","body":"An approved applicant may receive cost–share assistance in the amount determined and approved by the Department, provided:\n(1) No assistance may exceed 75 percent of the actual cost incurred by the applicant in implementing the approved practice on a particular tract of land;\n(2) An eligible landowner may not receive more than $5,000 in a calendar year for all approved practices implemented by the landowner, unless the owner has submitted a 3–year plan for woodland resource development under item (3) of this section; and\n(3) If the Department has approved a 3–year plan for woodland resource development, an eligible landowner may not receive more than $15,000 during the 3–year period for all approved practices implemented by the landowner.","path":["Article - Natural Resources"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gnr\u0026section=5-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:08Z","sha256":"5dff1fd38e43b25c3a42fc08d4b2e3ff5f1e9062219c551684da33f11cfb6709","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-natural-resources-5-304","next":"us-md/md.-code-natural-resources-5-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
