Code, Public Safety § 12–822.1","heading":"","body":"(a) On request of any person and payment of a fee set by the Board, the Board shall certify the licensing status of any person who is the subject of the request.\n(b) Each certification under this section:\n(1) shall include a statement of the licensing status of the person who is the subject of the request; and\n(2) may include:\n(i) information about the examination results and other qualifications of that person;\n(ii) information about the dates of issuance and renewal of the license of that person;\n(iii) information about any disciplinary action taken against that person; and\n(iv) if authorized by that person, information about any complaint against that person.\n(c) The Board shall collect a fee set by the Board for each certification under this section.","path":["Article - Public Safety"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gps\u0026section=12-822.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:18Z","sha256":"072dfd6eb44101ed89c790e9801c70a80abab515690860cec7b296f6791242bd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-public-safety-12-822","next":"us-md/md.-code-public-safety-12-823"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
