Code, Public Safety § 6–204","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) A majority of the authorized membership of the Commission is a quorum.\n(2) The Commission may not do business unless:\n(i) there is a quorum; and\n(ii) either the chairman or vice chairman is present.\n(b) The Commission shall meet:\n(1) at least once every 2 months; and\n(2) when called by the chairman or the Secretary.\n(c) A member of the Commission:\n(1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but\n(2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.","path":["Article - Public Safety"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gps\u0026section=6-204","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:18Z","sha256":"7a94c653cc525f1c07e2904da474ec9b9d73a6f92da04741f875aecec85cf329","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-public-safety-6-203","next":"us-md/md.-code-public-safety-6-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
