Code, Public Utilities § 10–403.2","heading":"","body":"(a) A transportation network company shall provide each operator with a weekly fare and earnings summary that includes:\n(1) the total fares collected by the transportation network company for the transportation network services provided by the company’s operators in a given week;\n(2) the total amount of any additional fees that were charged to passengers by the transportation network company for the transportation network services provided by the company’s operators in a given week;\n(3) the total amount the operator earned that week;\n(4) the total amount the operator earned from the total fares collected that week, expressed as a percentage of the total fares collected; and\n(5) the total amount the operator earned from the additional fees specified in item (1) of this subsection that were collected that week, expressed as a percentage of the total additional fees charged.\n(b) A transportation network company may include in the weekly fare and earnings summary required under subsection (a) of this section:\n(1) any additional information the company considers appropriate; or\n(2) amounts earned by an operator other than amounts earned from providing transportation network services.","path":["Article - Public Utilities"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gpu\u0026section=10-403.2","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:28Z","sha256":"1367fc1ab5055f3a76c83e3413cc3c6a6fe4f22a6c28365b7bd411637a37e2bd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-public-utilities-10-403.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-public-utilities-10-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
