Code, Public Utilities § 20–207","heading":"","body":"(a) By October 31 of each year, the Commission shall issue a report to the Montgomery County and Prince George’s County Senate and House Delegations to the Maryland General Assembly concerning:\n(1) the implementation and administration of the minority business enterprise programs under this subtitle for the fiscal year ending on the preceding June 30; and\n(2) appropriate recommendations concerning the programs.\n(b) (1) The Commission may conduct an impartial fact–finding study in connection with a minority business enterprise program for consistency with applicable law.\n(2) The Commission shall report the findings of a study completed under this subsection to the Montgomery County and Prince George’s County Senate and House Delegations to the Maryland General Assembly.","path":["Article - Public Utilities"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gpu\u0026section=20-207","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:28Z","sha256":"52c6fe4ff6ff52d5189b0a250f2d0aea069893cf32eca75dacaff54f68224014","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-public-utilities-20-206","next":"us-md/md.-code-public-utilities-20-208"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
