Code, Real Property § 10–306","heading":"","body":"(a) The Division of Consumer Protection of the Office of the Attorney General shall develop and make available a standard new home disclosure form that advises purchasers of the purchasers’ rights under this subtitle.\n(b) Prior to the execution of any contract for the sale of a new home under this subtitle, the vendor or builder shall:\n(1) Provide the purchaser with a copy of the new home disclosure form as provided in subsection (a) of this section; and\n(2) Obtain the purchaser’s signature certifying that the purchaser has received the disclosure form.","path":["Article - Real Property"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=grp\u0026section=10-306","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:38Z","sha256":"1205e397afb7e2fbdac5dd16c4caa790a0c5a5451c43c0b57981a601e2582956","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-10-305","next":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-10-401"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
