Code, Real Property § 14–712","heading":"","body":"(a) A broker appointed under § 14–711(b) of this subtitle to offer property for open–market sale shall file a report with the court not later than 7 days after receiving an offer to purchase the property for at least the value determined under § 14–707 or § 14–711 of this subtitle.\n(b) A report required under subsection (a) of this section shall contain the following information:\n(1) A description of the property to be sold to each buyer;\n(2) The name of each buyer;\n(3) The proposed purchase price;\n(4) The terms and conditions of the proposed sale, including the terms of any owner financing;\n(5) The amounts to be paid to lienholders;\n(6) A statement of contractual or other arrangements or conditions of the broker’s commission; and\n(7) Other material facts relevant to the sale.","path":["Article - Real Property"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=grp\u0026section=14-712","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:38Z","sha256":"69d4755abe8e42fa34ad8e715e85107fe1b38bc1fe7e70bc32ea818fbbf7b98e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-14-711","next":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-14-713"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
