Code, Real Property § 8–907","heading":"","body":"On or before August 31 each year, MLSC shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly the following information for the immediately preceding fiscal year:\n(1) The number of cases in which a covered individual was provided legal representation, disaggregated by case type, including:\n(i) Nonpayment of rent under § 8–401 of this title;\n(ii) Tenant holdover under § 8–402 of this title; and\n(iii) Breach of lease under § 8–402.1 of this title;\n(2) The amount paid to attorneys for each case managed;\n(3) The geographic distribution of cases;\n(4) Data on the disposition of cases decided;\n(5) The amount of State and federal funds allocated to each designated organization; and\n(6) The number of covered individuals provided legal representation for multiple cases.","path":["Article - Real Property"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=grp\u0026section=8-907","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:38Z","sha256":"aac487a6348b28122af436789678af4c60bbb05b9671ac2af3888be0cebcc007","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-8-906","next":"us-md/md.-code-real-property-8-908"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
