Code, State Finance and Procurement § 10–308","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “minority business enterprise” has the meaning stated in Title 14, Subtitle 3 of this article.\n(b) Each unit of the State government that leases State-owned property to business entities shall adopt regulations that establish procedures for awarding the leases.
