Code, State Finance and Procurement § 11–305","heading":"","body":"In any action brought under this subtitle, a court may:\n(1) issue an injunction to restrain continued violation of § 11-303 of this subtitle;\n(2) reinstate the employee to the same or an equivalent position held before the violation of § 11-303 of this subtitle;\n(3) remove any adverse personnel record entries based on or related to the violation of § 11-303 of this subtitle;\n(4) reinstate full fringe benefits and seniority rights;\n(5) require compensation for lost wages, benefits, and other remuneration;\n(6) award costs of litigation and reasonable attorney’s fees to the prevailing employee; and\n(7) award any other appropriate damages and relief.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=11-305","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"bf8a59cb3fb30ee06ff5dadb53063d2e4a76e404858cedd4f127b19713f0d95e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-11-304","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-11-306"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
