Code, State Finance and Procurement § 12–108","heading":"","body":"(a) This section does not apply to capital expenditures by the Department of Transportation or the Maryland Transportation Authority, in connection with State roads, bridges, or highways, as provided in § 12-202 of this title.\n(b) Subject to the approval of the Board and under the coordination of the Governor, each of the primary procurement units shall:\n(1) adopt regulations to carry out this Division II;\n(2) send to the Board a copy of each proposed regulation under item (1) of this subsection; and\n(3) send to the Board a copy of each internal operating procedure that the primary procurement unit adopts.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=12-108","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"799c5e7109962420d6c21aae5050798c38b4087d44e409fc56cafed357f8fec6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-12-107","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-12-109"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
