Code, State Finance and Procurement § 14–503","heading":"","body":"(a) The Governor’s Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs shall adopt regulations to establish procedures for compiling and maintaining a comprehensive bidder’s list of qualified small businesses that shall be posted on the Internet.\n(b) The Governor’s Office of Small, Minority, and Women Business Affairs shall:\n(1) establish guidelines for Small Business Reserve Program administration;\n(2) ensure agency compliance with the Small Business Reserve Program;\n(3) provide training and technical assistance to agency personnel; and\n(4) collect data regarding the State’s utilization of small business reserve vendors.\n(c) Each unit shall ensure compliance with the regulations set forth in subsection (a) of this section.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=14-503","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"cd40d3ee2cca68b30e8a4b448824d1a24a4a783655f06fc8f5d7af96bde9276e","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-14-502.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-14-504"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
