Code, State Finance and Procurement § 14–904","heading":"","body":"(a) A good labor practices evaluation factor for good labor practices described in § 14–903(a) of this subtitle shall be included in the technical evaluation factors for competitive sealed proposals for a proposal submitted for a contract described in § 14–902 of this subtitle.\n(b) The good labor practices evaluation factor shall be:\n(1) if a point system is used for evaluation of proposals, 10% of the total allocable technical points; or\n(2) if a point system is not used for evaluation of proposals, ranked in its relative order of importance.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=14-904","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"9d6ee28c42e8b761f42387a48e209b8106f04fd15bd59375d6d14e2fc7735db1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-14-903","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-14-905"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
