Code, State Finance and Procurement § 15–211","heading":"","body":"(a) The Appeals Board shall have jurisdiction to hear and decide all appeals arising from the final action of a unit:\n(1) on a protest relating to the formation of a procurement contract, including a violation of § 13–212.1 of this article; or\n(2) except for a contract claim relating to a lease of real property, on a contract claim by a contractor or a unit concerning:\n(i) breach;\n(ii) performance;\n(iii) modification; or\n(iv) termination.\n(b) A decision of the Appeals Board is final, subject to any judicial review.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=15-211","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"5dc3225cae1999dc9a65a7f0dc6041f6d5c1f304f91c0d4d811dddc800cf0e79","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-15-210","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-15-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
