Code, State Finance and Procurement § 4–320","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “eMaryland Marketplace” has the meaning stated in § 13–101 of this article.\n(b) The Department shall advertise any need of the State to rent building space at least 20 days before proposals for a lease are due.\n(c) The Department shall advertise the proposed leasing:\n(1) in daily or weekly newspapers with circulation sufficient to provide notice to the people of the State, or at least to the people of the affected locality; and\n(2) by posting a publication on the Department’s website and eMaryland Marketplace.\n(d) The advertisement shall contain:\n(1) the number of square feet proposed to be leased; and\n(2) the general area in which the State desires to lease the space.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=4-320","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"fa38bfb5ddf5d27a894a6bbdfe4e9899009ad0796ff6c986b351cddbb7fc01fd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-4-319","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-4-321"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
