Code, State Finance and Procurement § 4–901","heading":"","body":"(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(b) “Eligible material” means any cement or concrete mixture used in the construction of an eligible project.\n(c) (1) “Eligible project” means a capital project described in § 3–602.1(c) of this article.\n(2) “Eligible project” does not include any maintenance program for the upkeep of an eligible project.\n(d) “Global warming potential” means the degree that a given mass of a chemical contributes to global warming over a given time period when compared to the same mass of carbon dioxide.\n(e) “Greenhouse gas” has the meaning stated in § 2–1202 of the Environment Article.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=4-901","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"283913630ef9eaacd6353319c118ec32820b73dcba58424b7020c0e7c0830e91","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-4-810","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-4-902"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
