Code, State Finance and Procurement § 5–307","heading":"","body":"(a) Each year, no later than 60 days before the General Assembly convenes for its regular session, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor.\n(b) The annual report shall include:\n(1) a summary and description of the nature of every section of the State Development Plan that has been:\n(i) added, deleted, or revised since the last annual report; and\n(ii) filed by the Governor under § 5–605 of this title;\n(2) a summary of each important study wholly or partly completed by the Department since the last annual report; and\n(3) a summary of the work of the Department.\n(c) The Department shall distribute copies of the annual report:\n(1) subject to § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, to the General Assembly;\n(2) to the head of each department of the State government;\n(3) to the head of each local or regional planning agency in the State; and\n(4) on request, to any federal agency.\n(d) The Department shall make copies of the annual report available for general distribution or sale.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=5-307","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"f0a3aac3ee5368366461cfd0d978c512a7974604b01efe3dfc68adae55fe1e76","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-5-306","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-5-308"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
