Code, State Finance and Procurement § 7–114","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated.\n(2) “Cancer Program” means the Cancer Prevention, Education, Screening, and Treatment Program established under Title 13, Subtitle 11 of the Health – General Article.\n(3) “Tobacco Program” means the Tobacco Use Prevention and Cessation Program established under Title 13, Subtitle 10 of the Health – General Article.\n(b) Each budget bill shall contain a separate section that includes the appropriation for:\n(1) each Component of the Tobacco Program;\n(2) each Component of the Cancer Program;\n(3) the Tri–County Council for Southern Maryland, in accordance with § 13–611 of the Economic Development Article; and\n(4) any other program that is funded with money from the Cigarette Restitution Fund established under § 7–317 of this title.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=7-114","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"eb14cc09075aff013c8ca401274c3552736ba02d71239cdc861c56d62dd198cf","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-7-113","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-7-114.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
