Code, State Finance and Procurement § 7–211","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before the 3rd Wednesday in January of each year, the Secretary of Transportation shall submit to the General Assembly, subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, a report on amendments of appropriations for programs of the Department of Transportation.\n(b) (1) A report under this section shall describe each proposed amended appropriation for a program that the Department has submitted or expects to submit during the current fiscal year under § 7-209 of this subtitle.\n(2) The description shall include:\n(i) an explanation of the purpose of the amendment; and\n(ii) an analysis of the impact of the amendment on appropriations of special and federal funds.","path":["Article - State Finance and Procurement"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsf\u0026section=7-211","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:48Z","sha256":"13120353de859ac5971cafe2c7909292820d0f64e4ece6b549f49cbf26d7d48b","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-7-210","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-finance-and-procurement-7-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
