Code, State Government § 10–114","heading":"","body":"(a) After adopting a regulation, a unit shall submit to the Administrator a notice of adoption, for publication in the Register.\n(b) If the text of the adopted regulation is the same or substantially similar to the proposed regulation, the notice shall:\n(1) state that the texts are the same or substantially similar;\n(2) cite the date of the Register in which the proposed regulation was published; and\n(3) show each change in the text with the symbols that the Administrator requires.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=10-114","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"07e5dfbf701087bb62c7669ebe5d7bdad71b23c5b044035063670b69f52dc409","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-113","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
