Code, State Government § 10–1403","heading":"","body":"Subject to § 10–1405 of this subtitle, if a licensing authority receives notification under § 5–810 of the Criminal Law Article that a licensee has been convicted of a drug crime committed on or after January 1, 1991, the licensing authority may:\n(1) (i) reprimand the licensee;\n(ii) place the licensee on probation for a reasonable period of time; or\n(iii) suspend or revoke the license;\n(2) assess the licensee, in accordance with applicable regulations, all or part of the cost of any disciplinary proceeding and sanction; or\n(3) impose any other sanction or take any other action authorized by law.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=10-1403","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"70e8389b3d5e52f703724c028512cce859c3d055d20da3def8bf43dc8d94a32c","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-1402","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-1404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
