Code, State Government § 10–1404","heading":"","body":"(a) If a licensee is placed on probation under § 10–1402 or § 10–1403 of this subtitle, the licensing authority may:\n(1) require the licensee to submit to periodic drug testing during the period of probation;\n(2) require the licensee to participate in appropriate counseling or treatment; and\n(3) impose any other reasonable term or condition of probation.\n(b) If a licensee who is on probation violates any condition of probation, the licensing authority may:\n(1) revoke the probation;\n(2) suspend or revoke the licensee’s license; or\n(3) impose additional terms of probation.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=10-1404","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"0c6b41f542e7db37ef4478e7c2f3e48a5b9212ae57aac8986e4e9ad11efd3301","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-1403","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-1405"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
