Code, State Government § 10–211","heading":"","body":"(a) In accordance with subsection (b) of this section, a hearing may be conducted by telephone, video conferencing, or other electronic means.\n(b) (1) For good cause, a party may object to the holding of a hearing by telephone, video conferencing, or other electronic means.\n(2) If a party establishes good cause in opposition to the holding of a hearing by telephone or other similar audio electronic means, the hearing shall be held in person or by video conferencing or other similar audiovisual electronic means.\n(3) If a party establishes good cause in opposition to the holding of a hearing by video conferencing or other similar audiovisual electronic means, the hearing shall be conducted in person.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=10-211","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"22b782b240f36c6fa89435d408144e2c580cc858b60ec98396f270d3088d3656","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-210","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-212"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
