Code, State Government § 10–223","heading":"","body":"(a) This section does not apply to:\n(1) a case that arises under Title 16 of the Transportation Article unless a right to appeal to the Appellate Court of Maryland is specifically provided; or\n(2) a final judgment on actions of the Inmate Grievance Office.\n(b) (1) A party who is aggrieved by a final judgment of a circuit court under this subtitle may appeal to the Appellate Court of Maryland in the manner that law provides for appeal of civil cases.\n(2) An agency that was a party in the circuit court may appeal under paragraph (1) of this subsection.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=10-223","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"1685de171ff7a76e62715f170a6124526ae22e7bb3f89f7fbd8bc78a28c561dc","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-222.1","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-10-224"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
