Code, State Government § 20–1030","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to subsections (b) and (c) of this section, any party aggrieved by a final order for relief under § 20–1029 of this subtitle may obtain judicial review of the order in accordance with the provisions for judicial review under Title 10, Subtitle 2 of this article.\n(b) A petition for judicial review shall be filed within 30 days after the final order is entered.\n(c) A petition for judicial review shall be filed in the circuit court for the county where the discriminatory housing practice is alleged to have occurred.\n(d) If the Commission issues a final order in which a finding of a discriminatory housing practice is made, the Commission is a party in any appeal of the final order.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=20-1030","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"184b84d2b97736f14aa5eafe72f82345df3f6d697d326392607faf96c45a0399","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-20-1029","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-20-1031"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
