Code, State Government § 9–2407","heading":"","body":"On or before January 1, 2002, and annually thereafter, the Director shall submit to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of this article, to the members of the General Assembly, a report on:\n(1) the activities of the Office;\n(2) the status of programs and services facilitated by the Office;\n(3) the activities of the Board, including:\n(i) the number of sign language interpreters licensed by the Board; and\n(ii) the number of complaints received by the Board, differentiated by the type of complaint;\n(4) statistics on compliance with State and federal laws related to deaf and hard of hearing individuals; and\n(5) recommendations for improved delivery of services for deaf and hard of hearing individuals.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=9-2407","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"859219c72e3c1c0971b9bc524c2f167d51d82d7aaab8226ba4bae7a9a141ac20","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2406","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2410"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
