Code, State Government § 9–2421","heading":"","body":"(a) If an applicant qualifies for a license under this part, the Board shall send the applicant a notice that states that:\n(1) the applicant has qualified for a license; and\n(2) on receipt of the license fee set by the Board, the Board will issue a license to the applicant.\n(b) On payment of the license fee, the Board shall issue a license to each applicant who meets the requirements of this part.\n(c) A license issued under this section is nontransferable.\n(d) A licensee shall notify the Board in writing of any change in the licensee’s name or address within 60 days after the change.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=9-2421","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"eb7157ee7ad3d7f636b35aa3983e655c77ce9db47cd0ec05f1694271217e86c2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2420","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2422"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
