Code, State Government § 9–2429","heading":"","body":"(a) The Board shall adopt regulations for the reactivation of the license of an individual whose license is suspended under § 9–2426 of this subtitle that require, at a minimum:\n(1) that the individual demonstrate compliance with all terms and conditions of the suspension order; and\n(2) payment of a reactivation fee set by the Board.\n(b) The Board shall adopt regulations for the reinstatement of the license of an individual whose license is revoked under § 9–2426 of this subtitle that require, at a minimum:\n(1) a period of time set by the Board during which the individual may not apply for reinstatement; and\n(2) payment of a reinstatement fee set by the Board.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=9-2429","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"1e0515d3cb397ccdc8717b8eba1bd30299d69df32448571ca44fe6671bca755d","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2428","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2430"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
