Code, State Government § 9–2606","heading":"","body":"The Corporation shall:\n(1) prepare a strategic plan at least once every 5 years that establishes short-range and long-range goals, objectives, and priorities for the museum in support of its mission;\n(2) report annually to the Governor and, subject to § 2-1257 of this article, to the General Assembly on the Corporation’s activities during the preceding year, including:\n(i) the number of students and other types of visitors served;\n(ii) the number of volunteers and total hours contributed to the operation of the museum;\n(iii) the amount and type of private and nonstate money donated, pledged, or otherwise provided; and\n(iv) any recommendations or requests the Corporation considers appropriate to further the mission of the museum; and\n(3) publish reports and any other material it considers necessary.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=9-2606","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"df5823ba3154cd6a2e946eb77e4da7140c8c103c65234ee0e1c39f0275e945a6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2605","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-2607"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
