Code, State Government § 9–603","heading":"","body":"(a) The Trust shall consist of the following voting members:\n(1) the Governor;\n(2) the President of the Senate;\n(3) the Speaker of the House of Delegates;\n(4) the Secretary of General Services; and\n(5) the Director of the Maryland Historical Trust.\n(b) The Trust shall consist of the following advisor nonvoting members:\n(1) the Director of the Baltimore Museum of Art;\n(2) the Director of the Maryland Historical Society;\n(3) the Director of the St. Mary’s City Commission;\n(4) the Director of the Talbot County Historical Society;\n(5) the Director of the Walters Museum of Art;\n(6) the Director of the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts;\n(7) the Chairman of the History Department of the University of Maryland, College Park Campus;\n(8) the Horticulturist from the Paca House and Gardens;\n(9) the State Archivist; and\n(10) up to three members of the general public appointed by the Governor.\n(c) A voting or nonvoting member may designate another individual to represent the member at the Trust.","path":["Article - State Government"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsg\u0026section=9-603","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:00:58Z","sha256":"d5914896ee300862e01ef8b0ff14cb259b1d00d2f21901b4c41533dd99eec327","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-602","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-government-9-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
