Code, State Personnel and Pensions § 22–220","heading":"","body":"(a) This section applies only to a member who is subject to Selection B (Limited cost-of-living adjustment) on October 1, 1994.\n(b) A member who is subject to Selection B (Limited cost–of–living adjustment) shall:\n(1) receive an allowance for all creditable service as follows:\n(i) for normal service retirement as provided by § 22–401 of this title;\n(ii) for early service retirement as provided by § 22–402 of this title;\n(iii) for ordinary disability retirement as provided by § 29–106 of this article; and\n(iv) for accidental disability retirement as provided by § 29–110 of this article;\n(2) have the allowance adjusted as provided in §§ 29–401, 29–402, and 29–405 of this article; and\n(3) make the member contributions at the rate specified by § 22–214(b) of this subtitle.","path":["Article - State Personnel and Pensions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsp\u0026section=22-220","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:07Z","sha256":"8e2568b57f9ea7e4bd8245afd59426467bd5571a3d1320a325fbffb0be4bef18","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-personnel-and-pensions-22-219","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-personnel-and-pensions-22-221"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
